Calvert Vaux Preservation Alliance

Summer 2008 CVPA Benefit Event

It was worth enduring the heat of a July afternoon to experience the picturesque grounds of the Hoyt House come alive once again. Chamber music, food, wine and good company were all in abundance in this celebration of Calvert Vaux's Gothic Revival creation. We want to thank all those who attended and all those who so generously became CVPA members, made donations, and participated in the silent auction. Our co – presenters, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, also deserve thanks as do our sponsors: Hudson River Valley Institute at Marist College, Adams Fairacre Farms and Whitecliff Vineyards. Check your e-mail and www.calvertvaux.org in the coming Spring for an announcement of a repeat performance!
